Sickle disease is one of the commonest genetic disorders worldwide and a major medical problem in Tropical Africa ,the Caribbean ,the Middle east and the Indian  subcontinent It is estimated that 8% of black people in America and 40% of the population in certain countries of tropical Africa have the sickle cell trait. .It is the most common inherited hematological disease affecting humans.

In Sickle cell disease the red cells undergo sickling when deoxygenated (because of a defective Hemoglobin ‘S’ content of RBCs )- and is characterized by chronic hemolytic anaemia  and vaso-occlusive crisis and complications. Pain management in people with sickle cell disease is a very serious challenge.  Treatment of Sickle cell disease is one of the unmet needs of medical science. There are hardly any treatment options; except   Hydroxy Urea with inherent serious adverse effects or vitamins like Folic acid-. ,without substantial evidence of efficacy.

What we have done?

We developed a safe and simple and efficacious medicine   based on herb mineral extracts for Sickle cell disease.  Years of dedicated research at our center ,close  and constant interactions with the members of tribal community with high incidence of Sickle cell disease, keen observation and  more than anything,  determination to provide relief to thousands of  anxious  and desperate patients suffering from  uncontrollable painful episodes  –  enabled us to develop this unique medicine-T-AYU-HM .
